Chris Flowers grew up in a small Texas town and after graduating from Texas Tech University he launched a career in the restaurant industry, starting in 2003 as a managing partner at Carino’s Italian. 

Through his career he traveled all over the world, working for a number of different restaurant groups, including Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants Inc., and Johnny Carino’s. Then, after some 15 years in the restaurant industry, he changed course, earned an MBA at Texas Tech, and joined AmeriVet Veterinary Partners as vice president of operations in 2018.
