Giveaways, Contests, and Promotions 

Eligibility
 
Each giveaway, contest, or promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to individuals who validly enter or participate in the Promotion during the applicable Promotion period. Unless otherwise stated, participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of AmeriVet, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and supported veterinary practices, and members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible. Promotions are void where prohibited by law. 

Promotion Period 

Each Promotion will be conducted during a defined period determined by AmeriVet. Entries submitted before or after the applicable Promotion period will not be eligible. 

How to Enter 

Eligible individuals may enter a Promotion by completing the entry method designated by AmeriVet for that Promotion, which may include submitting a form, scanning a QR code, engaging in a campaign activity, or otherwise registering participation as directed by AmeriVet. Unless otherwise specified, limit one (1) entry per person. Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification. AmeriVet is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries. 

No Purchase Necessary. 

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win a Promotion. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. 

Prizes 

Prizes, including descriptions, quantities, and approximate retail values, will be determined by AmeriVet in its sole discretion for each Promotion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at AmeriVet’s sole discretion. AmeriVet reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included with the prize. 

Winner Selection and Notification 

Winners will be selected using a method determined by AmeriVet, which may include random drawing, scoring criteria, or other selection mechanisms appropriate to the Promotion. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable time, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the individual may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. For Promotions based on chance, the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. For Promotions based on skill, winners will be selected based on the criteria disclosed at the time of entry. Judging decisions are final and binding. 

General Conditions 

AmeriVet reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, regulatory concerns, or any other factor beyond AmeriVet’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of AmeriVet, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any Promotion-specific terms disclosed at the time of entry, the Promotion-specific terms shall control. 

Governing Law and Venue 

Except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, all Promotions and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to a Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas. 

Promotions conducted in specific states or local jurisdictions may be subject to additional laws, regulations, or registration requirements, and AmeriVet will comply with all applicable state and local laws. 

Publicity 

Except where prohibited by law, participation in a Promotion constitutes permission for AmeriVet to use a winner’s name, city and state of residence, and prize information for purposes of administering and publicizing the Promotion, without additional compensation. Any additional use will require the winner’s express consent. 

Privacy 

Information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with AmeriVet’s Privacy Policy. 

Limitation of Liability 

AmeriVet is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures of any kind, unauthorized human intervention, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. 

By participating, entrants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AmeriVet, its affiliates, subsidiaries, supported veterinary practices, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 

Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
